當「第一高手」生病時/度假時/進修時...

許多客戶與好友,見面時、email中、簡訊中、訊息中...常與我分享,將我的「分享文」轉給孩子、同事,作為共同成長的「題材」...今天起,因為「新網站技術」的引進,開闢了「技術篇」專區,陸續分享「心靈以外」的重要力量!

 

我的工作,是不可以帶相機的... 因為都是機密!客戶機密不能轉述、不能分享...我選擇了這個我們自己的案例,讓新的一代,了解

1)英文能力,多麼重要!

2)心靈以外的專業能力,攸關「真正的心靈寧靜」!

今天前往新竹,針對建設公司董事長群、專業人士授課,更證明了「管理、技術、心靈」的缺一不可--只有心靈,卻無「超強技術力」(包括:成交力、組織力、品管力、科技力...)的「美麗心靈」,實在是一場「災難與謊言」


日前,我很信賴的科技協力廠,推薦我極佳超級系統(完成後,也證明是世界第一強,徹底升級我們未來十年的競爭力),我說幹就幹,立刻行動與投資...唯一協力廠總經理,沒有跟我講的就是「正在密集前往醫院中...」

 

一旦開始動工,才發現「最厲害的第一科技高手,經常在醫院中,救自己」...如何回應? 「等!等!等!等待高手恢復健康...?」...

25歲那年,我成為大中國地區,第一台IBM9751的銷售者,將其賣給世界最大航運公司Maersk Line(陌生拜訪成交)...發現,與電信局信號不相容,通訊系統無法「斷線」...沒有等到美國找出解決方案...我找了高手,設計了「斷線器」解決了問題!


這一生,協助客戶時,唯一沒有做的,就是--「等、等、等...等到事情爛掉!」


高手生病,我回覆「您方便時,再處理...我先接手!」立刻「燒錢」到國外找高手接棒...一關過一關...底下是我提出問題後
1)電腦立刻「自動回覆」,已經收到,會有專人處理!
2)五分鐘內,人員通知,確實有問題,已經搞定!
3)我繼續提出「沒搞定處」,換人接手處理
4)我睡醒,問題已經搞定

說明了
1)英文很重要:英文強,就能找到世界級高手!
2)「找高手的能力」更重要:每次都遇人不淑,人生會如何?!
3)然後,演什麼就要像什麼:
   別再問「自己屬於什麼人格類型」,認真對症下藥,搞定問題!
4)第一高手生病時,讓其好好休養...立刻找第二位、第三位:
   最後關鍵,還是第一高手,協助我們完成的!

基本上,這個新系統,就是讓任何人生病時/去坐郵輪時/度假時,都能「系統與海內外客戶,自動互動,分享關鍵」!~


健康時,就要認真改良作業流程SOP,創造超級競爭力

Hello,

It works with menu items only. So you should head over to backend -> Menus -> Menu name. Here either create a new menu item or use an existing one. Edit this menu item and inside you will see the "Menu Item Type" field. Here you can select and choose our product as your menu item type. Then you can change the setting there however you want. Visit said menu item and you will see that your articles are now being organized by our product. Hope this helps. :)
